Zero waste 2-piece dress/ensamble/set
PIECE NO.1: ONE 1940's/1950's inspired PULLOVER blouse with raw selvedges of fabric turned to the right side of the garment as a decorative statement of its zero-wasteness as a centre-front style line or design detail. Dropped shoulder, long dolman sleeves, with distinctive triangular gussets sewn in under-arm area for movement. Finished with self-fabric bias binding at wide crew neck opening and tie cuffs. All made in bias cut repurposed 100% polyester chiffon-georgette (sheer) fabric, no lining.
One Size Fits All (base size 40 US or Large) Oversized fit.
Length from side front base of neck to hemline 65CMS.
handwash with delicate soap, no ironing, no tumble dry, DryClean or handwash, no twisting and leave to dry in horizontal shaded area to avoid discoloring and keeping the bias from overstretching, hanging may cause deformation due it's 45° cutting angle and tightly twisted yarn.
PIECE NO.2: ONE full print Midi or tea-length tulip high waisted adjustable paper bag skirt.
skirt is 137Cms wide at its fullest (hip area) and fits any size. Total length from upper flounce edge to hemline it's 95 CMS. and Half lined using repurposed poplin cotton fabric with opening in the lower back hemline.
hand wash with soft or ph. neutral soap to avoid discoloring, no DryClean, dry fully extending the belt and drawstring canal being careful of not pulling the belt too much out of its drawing canal. if using a washing machine use a delicate cycle and tie the belt into a soft knot to avoid it from tangling with itself and from other garments. wash separately, no tumble dry and iron using a press cloth. irons best if done when still lightly damp.
Made in Dead stock 100% cotton voile and printed directly with nontoxic water based GOTS certified inks, designed in our studio by making use of all graphic resources available for this print. The fabric was sourced directly within the printer's country. Printed in Seoul Korea, constructed in Guadalajara, México.
